Original Characters: Falling: Couple Series: Spud and Haru

This one is 3/4 in my Falling couples series. These two are Spud on the left and Haru on the right. The cracked desert earth behind is the stock image of super-chicken-stock on Deviant Art. This was done in my sketchbook and finished up in photoshop.
Now to their story. Spud is a Nagera, a crossbreed between Myrmids and Dragons. Her kind live as outcasts in the desert. They captured Haru, a rather high ranking Black Dragon soldier. The Nagera wished to create more of their kind with more Dragon traits to become spies. The Princess of the Nagera, Spud convinces them to gain him as an ally and sends her love back to his own kind in hopes of evading more bloodshed between their two peoples.

Original Characters: Falling: Couple Series: Lyra and Fall

This is 2/4 in my couples series from the story Falling. This was done in my sketchbook finishing it up in Photoshop. The stock I used for the watery background is from GreenEyezz and the pearl is from Hallonnie both on Deviant Art.

The characters are Lyra the new myrmid handmaiden of Princess Lanti, and Fall a male myrmid belonging to the wicked Dragoness Dorian. They both wish to help Lanti with her plan to bring all the races together both Myrmid, Dragon and the crossbreed Nagera.

Original Characters: Falling: Couple Series: Kana and Ji

This is a new series I've completed this is 1/4 for now. It's my characters from Falling. It was taken into Photoshop and given a fiery background provided by suicidecrew on Deviant Art.

These two characters are Kana, the black dragon captain of the guard and Ji, the high class myrmid* servant to the dragon Princess Lanti. She falls for him but like most dragons he mistakes love for just being protective of her. On this planet the myrmids are a slave race to the dragons and for these two to be together the penalty is death if they are ever caught. Of course the Princess Lanti hopes to change all that once she assumes the throne.


*my term for mermaid, less gender specific

The Guardians: Whimsy the Angel

Here is number two in my six part series of the Guardians. Her name is Whimsy and she is a bunny guardian of the Angel race. Her frozen pose turned the Angels into a very pious race even though that is her thinking pose she got frozen in. She is actually quite the flirty character.

The Guardians: Chase the Sheep Demon

Sorry it has taken so long. Finally technology is my friend. This piece is in a series of six. These characters come from a land called Myra and were created by Kisho when he went to this place in his dreams as a child. When not in use they are statues and over the centuries they have been accidentally revered as gods and goddesses of the races they are guarding. She is the guardian for the Demon race and is actually quite a sweetie. She doesn't know how to fly very well yet since she isn't pulled out of her statue form as often to help her race.

Weell I've been having a little trouble with scanning now that I am back home for the summer. So I am going to put up my thumbnails up til I get more of my series done. If anyone knows how to get Kodak printers to let you change the scanning thresholds that would be great! I keep fighting with that scanner.
